Agist is a title of agricultural series positions in China, which refers to the highly skilled master in agronomy, which can drive the development of Chinas rural economy.With the continuous development of Chinas economy and society, the status of agronomist in Chinas agricultural development is getting higher and higher, agronomist should not only learn to innovate, the relevant departments should strengthen the agronomy work in each region, increase the application of all kinds of science and technology in agricultural development, so as to better promote the development of agricultural production.At present, our country agronomist work still exist many problems, such as: agricultural promotion, agronomist work is not clear, agronomy service system is not perfect, and these problems need to be solved through training and education, and also from many aspects, constantly improve the service system, so as to effectively improve our agricultural agronomist work efficiency and the quality of work, better promote the development of agriculture in our country.
