试论农业技术推广与改革的研究

摘要	随着新农村建设速度的提高,农村经济社会取得了蓬勃发展。为提高其经济发展的稳定性和高效性,当前农业技术引进体系受到了人们的高度重视,而全新的农业技术推广环境又对其推进体制提出了许多新的技术需求。为适应现实发展的需要,本章重点剖析了当前农业技术引进体制中存在的缺陷,并给出了富有针对性的建议,以力求推动该体制健全发展,并为有关人员提供了借鉴和参照。
Abstract	With the improvement of the speed of new rural construction, the rural economy and society has achieved vigorous development.In order to improve the stability and efficiency of its economic development, the current agricultural technology introduction system has been highly valued by people, and the brand-new agricultural technology promotion environment has put forward many new technical requirements for its promotion system.In order to adapt to the needs of practical development, this chapter focuses on the analysis of the defects in the current agricultural technology introduction system, and gives targeted suggestions, in order to promote the sound development of the system, and provides reference and reference for the relevant personnel.
