摘要	目的：探讨心理护理运用于心内科介入治疗患者中的临床效果。方法：将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 80 例心内科介入治疗患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施常规护理联合心理护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑 HAMA 评分和抑郁 HAMD 评分、护理满意度、心内科介入手术全程时间、术后住院时间、造影剂不良反应发生率。结果：实验组焦虑 HAMA 评分和抑郁 HAMD 评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，心内科介入手术全程时间、术后住院时间短于对照组，造影剂不良反应发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：心内科介入治疗患者实施常规护理联合心理护理效果确切。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in patients undergoing interventional therapy in cardiology department. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022, 80 patients with interventional cardiology in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing. The anxiety HAMA score and depression HAMD score, nursing satisfaction, the whole time of interventional operation in cardiology department, postoperative hospital stay, and the incidence of adverse reactions of contrast media were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: The anxiety HAMA score and depression HAMD score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. , P<0.05. Conclusion: The effect of routine nursing combined with psychological nursing on patients undergoing interventional therapy in cardiology department is definite.
