琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

| 摘要 |
研究琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年5月－2021年12月我院收治的78例冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组39例。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组；研究组治疗指标优于对照组，心电图缺血时间短于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 冠心病心绞痛患者应用珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗，取得了理想的效果，能有效减少患者的心绞痛的发作次数与心电图缺血次数，缩短心电图缺血时间，减少硝酸甘油用量。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets com- bined with trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 78 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group. The therapeutic index of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the electrocardiogram ischemia time was shorter than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris treated with metoprolol proacid sustained-release tablets combined with trimetazidine has achieved ideal results, which can effectively reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks and ecg ischemia times, shorten ecg ischemia time and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.
