临床护理路径在帕金森病中的价值

摘要	研究临床护理路径在帕金森病护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2021年01月-2022年01收治的80例帕金森病患者，依据随机分组法，将其分为研究组与对照组，每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理方式，研究组患者采用临床护理路径方式，对比两组日常生活能力与健康行为、心理状态、帕金森病严重程度、护理满意度。结果研究组患者经过护理后，日常生活能力与健康行为评分均高于对照组；心理状态评分低于对照组；帕金森病严重程度评分低于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论临床护理路径在帕金森病患者中应用，可提高患者的生活体力与健康行为，减轻疾病严重程度，改善不良情绪，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To study the application value of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of Parkinsons disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with Parkinsons disease admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random grouping method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the research group was treated with clinical nursing. The daily living ability, health behavior, psychological state, severity of Parkinsons disease and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of daily living ability and health behavior in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The psychological status score was lower than that of the control group. The severity score of Parkinsons disease was lower than that of control group. Nursing satisfaction was higher than control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with Parkinsons disease can improve their physical strength and health behavior, reduce the severity of disease, improve bad mood, improve nursing satisfaction.
