Objective to analyze the effect of integrated medical care mode for patients with heart failure. Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 76 patients who were hospitalized for heart failure were randomly selected for the experiment. According to the nursing form, they were classified into groups, i.e. experiment and control. There were 38 patients in each group. The control group was given general nursing as a whole, and the experimental group was integrated with medical care as a whole, and the relevant indicators were compared. Results the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The compliance behavior of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of cardiac function and quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the improvement of cardiac function and quality of life in the observation group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the implementation of the integrated medical care model for patients with heart failure can improve the quality of nursing and the behavior of following the doctors instructions, improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients, and the patients satisfaction is better.
