人文关怀在重症监护室护理中的应用疗效分析

摘要	分析人文关怀用于重症监护室护理中的效果。方法从2020年1月-2022年1月区间重症监护室内收治的患者内随机选择60例展开实验，根据护理形式进行分组，即实验与对照，每组内人数为30例。对照组整体接受常规护理，实验组内整体接受人文关怀，对比护理指标。结果实验组满意度为（90%），对比对照组更高，P＜0.05。干预前，实验组与对照组的负性情绪无差异，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组的负性情绪改善优于对照组，P＜0.05。对照组中对象整体生活质量均优于实验组，数值统计结果有比较有差异化P＜0.05。结论对重症监护室患者实施人文关怀措施，可以显著改善患者的满意度，缓解负性情绪，提高生活质量。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of humanistic care in ICU nursing. Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 60 patients in intensive care unit were randomly selected to carry out the experiment. They were divided into groups according to the form of nursing, namely experiment and control. The number of patients in each group was 30. The control group received routine nursing as a whole, and the experimental group received humanistic care as a whole. The nursing indicators were compared. Results the satisfaction of the experimental group was (90%), which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in negative emotion between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05). After the inter- vention, the improvement of negative emotion in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The overall quality of life of the subjects in the control group was better than that in the experimental group, and the numerical statistical results were quite different (P<0.05). Conclusion the implementation of humanistic care measures for patients in intensive care unit can significantly improve patients satisfaction, alleviate negative emotions, and improve the quality of life.
