基于老年患者消化内科护理的安全隐患分析

摘要	对消化内科中老年患者存在的护理安全隐患进行分析，并探讨相应护理对策。方法为了保证当前消化内科老年患者的护理安全，以针对性护理和常规护理作为本次对比项，以本院的100例消化内科老年患者作为研究对象，分组后实施上述不同护理方式，主要目的是比较两组不同护理方式下的最终护理效果效果。结果在对比后发现，观察组和对照组之间的护理结果数据之间存在较大的差异（P＜0.05）。结论针对消化内科老年患者护理期间采取针对性护理可以将护理效果显著提升，保证患者护理安全。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the hidden dangers of nursing safety in middle-aged and elderly patients in the department of gastroenterology, and to discuss the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods In order to ensure the nursing safety of the current elderly patients in the department of gastroenterology, targeted nursing and routine nursing were taken as the comparison items, and 100 elderly patients in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital were taken as the research objects, and the above different nursing methods were implemented after grouping. It is to compare the final nursing effect of the two groups of different nursing methods. Results After the comparison, it was found that there was a large difference in the nursing outcome data between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing during nursing of elderly patients in gastroen- terology can significantly improve nursing effect and ensure patient nursing safety.
