延续性护理对支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要	目的：了解持续护理在支气管哮喘病人治疗中的作用。方法：采用双盲随机法分 2 组，以 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月的人员为研究对象。对照组采用常规护理，持续干预组采用持续护理。观察护理前后焦虑 SAS 评分、抑郁 SDS 评分、护理满意度、治疗依从性评分。结果：持续干预组的焦虑 SAS、抑郁 SDS 得分均较对照组低，护理人员的满意度明显高于对照组，而治疗依从性得分则显著高于对照组， P<0.05。结论：对支气管哮喘病人进行持续护理，能明显改善病人的治疗顺应性，增加病人的满意度，是一种值得推广的方法。
Abstract	Objective: Objective: To understand the effect of continuous nursing in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: The patients were divided into 2 groups by double-blind randomization, and the subjects from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected. The control group received routine nursing, and the continuous intervention group received continuous nursing. The anxiety SAS score, depression SDS score, nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance score before and after nursing were observed. Results: The anxiety SAS and depression SDS scores of the continuous intervention group were lower than those of the control group, the satisfaction of nursing staff was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the score of treatment compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Continuous nursing for bronchial asthma patients can significantly improve the patients treatment compliance and increase the patients satisfaction. It is a method worthy of promotion.
