Objective: To discuss the value of comprehensive nursing and health care in elderly diabetes care. Methods: In May 2021 to May 2022 in the 68 cases of diabetic patients in research scope, the random distribution method is divided into control group (receiving care) on a regular basis, the observation group (receiving care, comprehensive nursing care on a regular basis), compared two groups of patients before and after nursing fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin protein changes, The two groups of patients were compared with the satisfaction of nursing work, the two groups of patients quality of life status score. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in fasting blood glucose index, hba1c index and other related data before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had more advantages in fasting blood glucose index, hba1C index and other data than the control group, P<0.05, there was statistical difference. The observation group was significantly more advantageous than the control group in the data information related to the overall level of job satisfaction, P<0.05, indicating a statistical difference. The overall quality of life status score of the observation group was significantly more advantageous than that of the control group, P<0.05, indicating a statistical difference. Conclusion: In elderly diabetes care routine nursing and comprehensive nursing care, can help patients to fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin protein control in a reasonable scope, provide a more satisfactory nursing service for patients, to upgrade the overall quality of life in patients with level to a new height, very help patients recover, avoid deterioration patients, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
