心力衰竭容量管理护理专案改善对心力衰竭患者的影响分析

摘要	分析心力衰竭容量管理护理专案改善对心力衰竭患者的影响。方法选取我院2021年4月~2022年4月收治的心力衰竭患者100例作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组两组，每组各50例患者。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用心力衰竭容量管理护理专案改善，对比两组的护理效果、再住院率和依从性。结果观察组患者的护理效果比对照组更好，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的再住院率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的依从性显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于心力衰竭的患者采取心力衰竭容量管理护理专案改善能有效改善患者的心脏功能，减轻患者症状，让患者的依从性更高，在临床中可以运用推广。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the impact of the improvement of heart failure volume management nursing program on patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given the improvement of heart failure volume management nursing program. The nursing effect, rehospitalization rate and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing effect of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The compliance of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with heart failure, the improvement of the heart failure volume management nursing project can effectively improve the heart function of the patients, relieve the symptoms of the patients, and increase the compliance of the patients, which can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
