团队管理模式应用于急诊护理管理效果研究

摘要	探究团队管理模式应用于急诊护理的管理效果。方法本次研究对象选择本院2021.01~2021.12期间工作的急诊科护理人员，共计40名。以工作时间线不同分出常规组（2021.01~2021.06）、实验组（2021.07~2021.12），均为同一急诊科护理工作团队人员。常规组予以常规管理模式、实验组予以团队管理模式，为比较护理管理内容差异化，统计两组护理管理评分、护理服务合格率、护士满意度。结果相较常规组，实验组护理管理评分更高，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组护理服务合格率、护士满意度更高，P＜0.05。结论急诊护理管理中应用团队管理模式可提升护理工作质量，保证急诊护理管理工作有序性，值得应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the management effect of team management mode applied to emergency nursing. Methods A total of 40 emergency department nurses who worked in our hospital from 2021.01 to 2021.12 were selected as the subjects of this study. The routine group (2021.01-2021.06) and the experimental group (2021.07-2021.12) were divided according to different working time lines, all of whom were members of the same emergency department nursing team. The routine group was given the conventional management mode, and the experimental group was given the team management mode. Results Compared with the routine group, the nursing management score of the experimental group was higher, P<0.05. Compared with the routine group, the nursing service qualification rate and nurse satisfaction in the experimental group were higher, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of team management mode in emergency nursing management can improve the quality of nursing work and ensure the orderliness of emergency nursing management, which is worthy of application.
