优化急诊护理流程对急性脑卒中抢救效果的影响探讨

摘要	探讨优化急诊护理流程对急性脑卒中抢救效果的影响。方法选择我院于2019年6月至2021年6月期间收治的急性脑卒中患者80例，将所有患者按照随机分组法分为对照组（40例，采用常规急诊护理流程）和观察组（40例，采用优化急诊护理流程）。对两组患者护理前后的信息进行收集并加以分析，对比两组患者救治时间、治疗效果以及溶栓成功率。结果观察组患者救治时间低于对照组；观察组护理效果和溶栓成功率均优于对照组，以上两组之间数据对比差异明显，均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优化急诊护理流程能在第一时间对急性脑卒中患者进行有效抢救，缩短了救治时间和急救效率，极大地提升了临床治疗效果，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of optimizing emergency nursing process on the rescue effect of acute stroke. Methods: 80 patients with acute stroke treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected. All patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases, using conventional emergency nursing process) and observation group (40 cases, using optimized emergency nursing process). Collect and analyze the information of the two groups before and after nursing, and compare the treatment time, treatment effect and thrombolysis success rate of the two groups. Results: the treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group; The nursing effect and thrombolytic success rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: optimizing the emergency nursing process can effectively rescue the patients with acute stroke at the first time, shorten the treatment time and efficiency, greatly improve the clinical treatment effect, and has the value of clinical promotion.
