鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的临床效果观察

摘要	观察鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的临床效果。方法将2021.3月至2022.3月我院收治的60例新生儿作为研究对象，随机分成两组，即研究组、对照组，前者予以鸟巢式护理，后者予以常规新生儿护理，对两组分别护理后的效果展开比较。结果分别护理干预过后，研究组的睡眠时间、排便次数、进奶量增加幅度均显著高于对照组，P＜0.05，拥抱反射次数和哭闹持续时间对比，研究组的评分低于对照组，P＜0.05；新生儿家长护理满意度对比中，研究组的评分要显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；并发症发生率对比上，研究组的评分明显低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论新生儿接受鸟巢式护理，可提高整体的护理效果，改善新生儿的睡眠，降低并发症发生的概率，深受新生儿家长的喜爱，值得应用。
Abstract	Objective:: To observe the clinical effect of birds nest nursing in neonatal nursing. Methods: 60 newborns admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. the research group and the control group. The former was given birds nest nursing and the latter was given routine newborn nursing. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing intervention, the increase of sleep time, defecation times and milk intake in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the hugging reflex times and crying duration, the score of the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of complication rate, the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the birds nest nursing can improve the overall nursing effect, improve the newborns sleep and reduce the probability of complications. It is deeply loved by the parents of newborns and is worthy of application.
