Objective: To observe the effect of high-quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with hypertension. Methods: during the period from June 2021 to April 2022, a total of 70 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected as the study subjects. Under the parallel control grouping method, they were divided into the routine group and the experimental group, and 35 women were included in each group. Routine nursing intervention was given to the routine group and high-quality nursing intervention was given to the experimental group. The postpartum bleeding volume, nursing satisfaction and blood pressure before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: before nursing, there was no difference in blood pressure between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the blood pressure of the subjects in the experimental group was lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher, P < 0.05. Compared with the routine group, the postpartum hemorrhage volume of the experimental group was lower, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in the postpartum hemorrhage care of pregnant women with hypertension is conducive to controlling the bleeding volume of patients and avoiding abnormal blood pressure. It is recommended to popularize it.
