全程优质护理在胆结石手术患者围术期护理中的价值

摘要	分析在对胆结石手术患者围术期护理的过程中将全程优质护理干预进行运用的作用。方法结合对比护理评估的方式展开分析，选入在2021年2月至2022年6月所收治的胆结石患者70例，随机进行1至70排序，任意取其中的35例患者，在术期进行常规护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者进行护理中则展开全程优质护理，作为观察组。分析干预效果。结果通过对两组患者并发症情况、护理满意度、护理质量进行评估护理前后负面情绪改善情况，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论在对胆结石手术患者进行术期护理的过程中将全程优质护理进行运用，可以有效提升该方面护理工作的综合质量，降低患者术后并发症发生率。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of whole course quality nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with gallstone surgery. Methods 70 patients with cholelithiasis admitted from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly ranked from 1 to 70. 35 of them were randomly selected for routine nursing during the operation as the control group, and the remaining patients were given full quality nursing as the observation group. Analyze the effect of intervention. Results by evaluating the complications, nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the patients in the two groups, the improvement of negative emotions before and after nursing, the observation group had advantages (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the process of intraoperative nursing care for patients with gallstone surgery, the application of the whole process of high-quality nursing can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing work in this area and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
