摘要	在建筑机械设备的管理过程中，对于管理的人员、制度及采取的措施而言是非常重要的，除了需要提升建筑机械设备的先进性外，还要加强设备维修与管理工作, 从而促使其在建筑工程中发挥出更大的作用, 因此，加强对当前建筑机械设备维修管理方式以及策略展开研究具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract	In the management process of construction machinery and equipment management, for the mana- gement of personnel, system and measures is very important, in addition to improve the advanced construction machinery and equipment, but to strengthen equipment maintenance and management work, so as to promote its play a greater role in construction engineering, therefore, to strengthen the current construction machinery and equipment maintenance management mode and strategy research has important practical significance.
