Objective: This paper mainly aimed at postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing interventions to study, and analyze its impact on vaginal delivery of pelvic floor dysfunction and its value. Methods This study selected two groups of research objects, for the study group (postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing intervention) and the reference group (routine nursing intervention) 40 cases each, all from our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 vaginal delivery women. And observe the maternal quality of life score and pelvic floor dysfunction of the two groups after receiving different nursing interventions. At the same time, statistical methods were used to compare the data and analyze the effectiveness and value of nursing measures. Results The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, while the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction was lower in the study group. The scores of the two groups were statistically processed, showing P < 0.05, indicating that the test results were meaningful. Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing intervention is more targeted, has a very high improvement effect on the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction and quality of life of puerpera during vaginal delivery, is more conducive to the follow-up recovery of puerpera, but also improves the quality of sexual life of couples, has a wide promotion value.
