摘要	探讨乳腺恶性肿瘤患者在拔除输液港专用蝶翼型无损伤针头配合深呼吸的方法对疼痛的影响。方法随机抽取200名需要行输液港输液的乳腺恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组100例和观察组100例，对照组采取常规统一操作流程标准拔针，观察组在常规统一规范操作流程标准下采取深呼吸进行拔针，采用数字强度分级法（NRS评分）进行疼痛评价，观察患者的疼痛情况。结果观察组疼痛程度明显低于对照组（p＜0.05）。结论深呼吸可以有效减轻拔除输液港蝶翼型无损伤针时的疼痛，而且操作简单易用，方便安全，值得在临床上推广使用。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effect of pulling out the special butterfly wing non-invasive needle and deep breathing on pain in patients with breast cancer. Methods 200 patients with breast cancer who needed infusion at the infusion port were randomly divided into the control group (100 cases) and the observation group (100 cases). The control group took the routine unified operation process standard to pull out the needle, the observation group took the deep breath to pull out the needle under the routine unified standard operation process standard, and the digital intensity grading (NRS) was used to evaluate the pain, and the pain of the patients was observed; Results the degree of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion deep breathing can effectively relieve the pain when removing butterfly wing type non-invasive needle at the infusion port, and it is simple, easy to use, convenient and safe. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
