围手术期快速康复外科护理对骨盆骨折患者术后的影响

摘要	探讨围手术期快速康复外科护理对骨盆骨折患者术后的影响。方法选取2019年8月2021年8月进入我院进行治疗的骨盆骨折患者40例作为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各20例患者，对比观察两组患者在经过治疗之后的临床指标与并发症情况。结果在经过治疗之后，两组患者的临床均得到显著改善，观察组患者的各项指标均明显优于对照组（p<0.05）；观察组患者出现并发症的情况明显少于对照组（p<0.05）；观察组患者的总回复率明显高于对照组（p<0.05）。结论通过围手术期快速康复外科护理方法对骨盆骨折患者进行护理，取得了比较显著的效果，值得在临床骨盆骨折的手术中进行推广和使用。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative fast recovery surgical nursing on patients with pelvic fracture after operation. Methods 40 patients with pelvic fractures who entered our hospital for treatment in August 2019 and August 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 20 patients in each group. Clinical indicators and complications after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, and the indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (p<0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (p <0.05); the total recovery rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Nursing patients with pelvic fractures through the perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing method has achieved relatively significant results, and it is worthy of promotion and use in clinical pelvic fracture operations.
