Objective The experiment by improving the needle pulling technique, widely develop the C-shape technique. To make the nurses familiar with and master the C-shape technique, and apply the technique in clinical operation, reduce the occurrence of complications, and prolong the service life of arteriovenous fistula. Methods A total of 80 patients with arteriovenous fistula who underwent maintenance dialysis in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. Two fixed groups of nurses were divided into conventional group and experimental group (modified needle pulling technique). Results According to the data, the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in the degree of pain and the time of pressing for hemostasis, and the difference between the groups was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of arteriovenous fistula complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The modified needle extraction technique has a significant effect on prolonging the service life of arteriovenous fistula, which can improve the degree of pain and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth developing in the inheritance and reference.
