摘要	分析早期综合护理干预对四肢骨折患者疗效的影响。方法本研究将随机在医院抽取66名四肢骨折患者，并将患者分为两组，分别采取不同的护理方式。由于四肢骨折患者在手术后常常会出现许多并发症，因此本研究采取对照的方式来验证早期综合护理干预是否比常规的护理更能减少四肢骨折患者在手术后的疼痛，以及并发症的发病率。结果最终通过研究调查，发现进行早期综合护理干预的四肢骨折患者在术后出现并发症的概率更低，伤口恢复效果更好。结论早期综合护理干预值得被全国医院广泛应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with limb fracture. Methods 66 patients with limb fracture were randomly selected in the hospital, and the patients were divided into two groups, taking different nursing methods respectively. Because patients with limb fractures often have many complications after surgery, this study adopts a comparative way to verify whether early comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the pain and incidence rate of complications of patients with limb fractures after surgery better than routine nursing. Results finally, through research and investigation, it was found that patients with limb fracture who underwent early comprehensive nursing intervention had a lower probability of postoperative complications and a better wound recovery effect. Conclusion early comprehensive nursing intervention should be widely used in hospitals across the country.
