心理护理在妊高症患者护理中对心理状况的影响效果研究

摘要	分析在对妊高症患者进行护理的过程中将心理护理干预进行运用的作用。方法结合对比护理探究的方式展开分析，选入在2021年2月至2022年6月本院收治的妊高症患者66例为对象，并随机展开1至66编号，结合随机抽选的形式，取其中33例，在治疗过程中展开常规护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者实施护理时则将心理护理进行运用，作为观察组。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量改善情况以及护理依从度。结果结合对两组患者在恢复过程中的各项对比，观察组心理状态、生活质量改善情况以及护理依从度均存在优势，P<0.05。结论在对妊高症患者进行护理的过程中将心理护理干预进行运用，可以对患者的心理状态进行改善。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the role of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods based on the analysis of comparative nursing exploration, 66 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the objects, and the numbers from 1 to 66 were randomly expanded. Combined with the form of random selection, 33 of them were selected, and routine nursing was carried out during the treatment as the control group, while psychological nursing was used as the observation group when nursing the remaining patients. The psychological status, quality of life improvement and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared. Results combined with the comparison of the two groups in the recovery process, the observation group had advantages in psychological state, quality of life improvement and nursing compliance, p<0.05. Conclusion psychological nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.
