综合护理在颅内动脉机械取栓术后患者中的应用

摘要	在颅内动脉机械取栓术后病人中，探究分析综合护理模式在实际应用中的干预效果。方法从2021年3月到2022年3月在本院进行颅内动脉机械取栓手术治疗的66例患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组（n=33）与研究组（n=33），对照组实行常规护理模式，研究组实行综合护理模式。结果研究组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理服务满意率、SF-36各项评分均高于对照组，对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对颅内动脉机械取栓术患者，在护理过程中采用综合护理干预模式能显著提升患者的生存质量，降低并发症的发生，安全性较高，值得成为首选的护理干预措施。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing mode in practical application in patients after intracranial artery mechanical thrombectomy. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, 66 patients who underwent intracranial artery mechanical thrombectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into control group (n=33) and research group (n=33). Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05); the nursing service satisfaction rate and SF-36 scores were higher than those in the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with intracranial arterial mechanical thrombectomy, the comprehensive nursing intervention model in the nursing process can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and has high safety. It is worthy of becoming the preferred nursing intervention.
