| 摘要 |
目前的时代发展速度飞快，人们使用水源的次数也持续增加，所以水利工程的施工需求也在持续扩大，特别是关于水资源利用的建设项目。但是实际施工过程中，还是出现了不少质量问题，所以本文主要探究了影响水利工程施工成效的关键原因，并提出对应的解决措施，希望能促进我国水资源利用效率的提高，同时符合经济社会发展的实际需求。

| Abstract |
The current era is developing rapidly, and the number of people using water sources continues to increase, so the construction demand of water conservancy projects is also expanding, especially the construction projects on the utilization of water resources. However, in the actual construction process, there are still many qua- lity problems. Therefore, this paper mainly explores the key reasons affecting the construction effectiveness of wa- ter conservancy projects, and puts forward corresponding solutions, hoping to promote the improvement of Chinas water resources utilization efficiency and meet the actual needs of economic and social development.
