Objective To analyze the application effect of responsibility holistic nursing in rehabilitation department. Methods In order to improve the current nursing level of rehabilitation department, it is first necessary to adopt more effective nursing intervention methods during the nursing period, and carry out comparative experiments. The experimental subjects are 82 patients in the rehabilitation department of our hospital. Different nursing methods, namely routine nursing and responsibility-based holistic nursing, were used to compare the nursing outcomes of the two groups. Results After comparison, it was found that there was a significant difference in the nursing effect comparison data between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting the responsibility system of holistic nursing in the rehabilitation department can improve the nursing level of the rehabilitation department as a whole, thereby improving the recovery speed of the patients.
