| 摘要 |
分析运动结合康复护理对膝关节置换术的康复效果。方法 从2020年4月-2021年4月来我院进行治疗的膝关节置换术患者中选择60例作为研究对象进行研究，将所有患者分为常规组和实验组，每组30例患者。常规组应用常规临床护理，实验组应用运动结合康复护理，对比两组患者护理前后疼痛评分、膝关节功能和护理满意度。结果 护理前，两组患者疼痛评分和膝关节功能对比（P＞0.05），差异不具有统计学意义；护理后，实验组患者疼痛评分、膝关节功能优于常规组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义；实验组患者护理满意度高于常规组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对膝关节置换术术后康复患者引用运动结合康复护理，能降低患者疼痛情况，改善膝关节评分，提高护理满意度，建议临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of sports combined with rehabilitation nursing on knee replacement. Methods From April 2020 to April 2021, 60 patients with knee replacement in our hospital were selected as the research object, and all patients were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. Routine clinical nursing was applied in the routine group, and exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing was applied in the experimental group. Pain score, knee function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in pain score and knee function between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the pain score and knee function of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing can reduce patients pain, improve knee joint score and nursing satisfaction, suggesting clinical promotion.
