摘要	探讨循证护理在行无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用。方法将我院2021年1月-2021年12月80例行无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施循证护理。比较两组护理前后血气分析指标、满意度。结果实验组血气分析指标优于对照组，满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论行无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施循证护理效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in non-invasive ventilator treatment of COPD patients with type II respiratory failure. Methods from January 2021 to December 2021, 80 patients with COPD complicated with type II respiratory failure were treated with noninvasive ventilator. They were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing. Blood gas analysis indexes and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results the indexes of blood gas analysis in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the effect of evidence-based nursing on COPD patients with type ⅱ respiratory failure treated by non-invasive ventilator is accurate.
