| 摘要 |
分析个性化护理对哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 研究时间设定于2020年1月-2021年12月期间，研究对象为这一时期内我院收治的140例哮喘患者，且均自愿加入研究，按照患者的入院顺序均分为对照组、实验组，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用该个性化护理，对比应用效果。结果 实验组患者治疗依从性高于对照组，生活质量改善情况优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 个性化护理能够为患者提供更加符合患者实际情况的护理干预，缓解临床症状，改善患者的心理状态，提高其治疗依从性以及生活质量改善。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing on treatment compliance of patients with asthma. Methods: the study time was set from January 2020 to December 2021. The subjects of the study were 140 patients with asthma treated in our hospital during this period, who voluntarily joined the study. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received personalized nursing. The application effects were compared. Results: Patients in the experimental group had higher treatment compliance than the control group, and the improvement of quality of life was better than the control group, with P <0.05. Conclusion: Personalized nursing can provide patients with nursing intervention that is more in line with their actual situation, relieve clinical symptoms, improve patients psychological state, improve their treatment compliance and improve their quality of life.
