Objective To explore the effect of life AIDS on the activities of daily living (ADL) of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods the subjects were 70 patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction who received rehabilitation treatment in the hospital from April 2020 to April 2022. They were divided into groups by random envelope method. One group of patients was set as the control group, with 35 patients in the control group receiving routine rehabilitation training, and the other group of 35 patients was set as the observation group. On the basis of the control group, life aids were used in combination to compare the differences in daily life dysfunction, self-care ability and quality of life between the groups. Results the rate of mild dysfunction of daily living function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the scores of activities of daily living and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion combined with routine rehabilitation training and life AIDS, the motor function and activity ability of the patients side limbs can be improved, which is conducive to improving their quality of life. It is suitable for promotion and reference in grass-roots hospitals.
