摘要
分析在神经外科实习带教中,PBL教学方法与临床教学路径的应用效果。方法 选取2019年8月至2022年8月在神经外科进行实习的学生50名,随机数字表法进行分组,分为观察组与对照组,每组各25名,对照组学生采取传统教学,观察组学生实施PBL教学方法与临床教学路径联合方法,对比两组学生教学质量评分以及教学反馈情况。结果 ①教学质量。观察组案例分析评分、理论考试评分、实践操作以及总成绩均高于对照组,组间对比(P<0.05);②教学反馈调查。观察组培养团队写作能力、规范化治疗、强化基础知识掌握等方面均优于对照组,组间对比(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学方法与临床教学路径联合应用于神经外科的实习带教中可有效改善教学质量,且获得良好的教学反馈结果。
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application effect of PBL teaching method and clinical teaching path in neurosurgery practice teaching. Methods: 50 students who practiced in neurosurgery from August 2019 to August 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 students in each group. The students in the control group adopted traditional teaching, while the students in the observation group adopted PBL teaching method combined with clinical teaching path. The teaching quality scores and teaching feedback of the two groups were compared. Results: ⑴ Teaching quality. The case analysis score, theoretical test score, practical operation and total score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, with a comparison between the two groups (P < 0.05). ⑵ Teaching feedback survey. The observation group is superior to the control group in cultivating team writing ability, standardized treatment and strengthening basic knowledge, with a comparison between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of PBL teaching method and clinical teaching path in neurosurgery practice teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality and obtain good teaching feedback results.
