in recent years, with the increasing variety of childrens vaccines and the increasing popularity of childrens vaccination, the incidence of many infectious diseases has been greatly reduced, but the risk of adverse reactions in childrens vaccination has also increased. In order to ensure the safety of childrens vaccination, the requirements for nursing intervention for adverse reactions after immunization have also been raised, The nursing intervention of adverse reactions in childrens vaccination has become one of the focuses of the current issues related to childrens vaccination. Therefore, the nursing intervention of adverse reactions in the process of childrens vaccination is one of the issues that clinical scholars focus on. In order to do a good job of nursing intervention for various adverse reactions of children in the process of vaccination and improve the safety of vaccination, a retrospective analysis was made of 296 children vaccinated in the community health service station from January 2016 to December 2020. Corresponding nursing intervention measures were taken for 15 children with adverse reactions in the process of vaccination, and satisfactory results were achieved. Practice has proved that scientific and effective targeted nursing intervention measures for adverse reactions in childrens vaccination can effectively reduce and avoid adverse reactions in immunization planning, and further improve the safety of childrens vaccination.
