Objective: To explore the effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function. Methods: a total of 80 pregnant women who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects based on retrospective statistics. The patients were divided into two groups by odd and even numbers of admission numbers, and 40 patients in each group were the routine group and the experimental group. The routine group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given routine nursing + postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The postpartum quality of life (pfiq), pelvic floor function recovery, pelvic floor muscle strength, sexual function score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the conventional group, the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the pfiq score, complication rate and sexual function score of the experimental group were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the timely implementation of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention is conducive to the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength and the improvement of postpartum sexual function. It is recommended to popularize it.
