Objective: To study the effect of combined treatment of jinbifi and Smecta on children with diarrhea. Methods: This study was conducted from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 100 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital during this period. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Smecta alone and the experimental group was treated with Smecta combined with gold Bifidobacterium. The clinical effects of the patients after treatment were compared. Results: the final clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The adverse reactions of the experimental group during and after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group (the incidence of the experimental group was 2%, and the incidence of the control group was 20%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of childrens symptoms (i.e. diarrhea, fever, vomiting, etc.) in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of Golden Bifidobacterium and Smecta in children with diarrhea can reduce the adverse reactions of children and accelerate the recovery time of children.
