摘要	研究术后预见性护理对腹腔镜胆囊手术患者的影响。方法研究对象共选取了 2021 年 6 月至 2022 年 5 月收治的接受腹腔镜胆囊手术治疗后的患者 120 例，这些患者接受随机分组后在术后分别接受预见性护理和常规护理，对比两组患者的治疗护理情况。结果相较于对照组，研究组患者的各项术后治疗，焦虑抑郁评分及护理满意度指标均明显更好。组间对比差异显著（p<0.05）。结论对接受腹腔镜胆囊手术治疗后的患者实施预见性护理可以促进术后恢复，临床可以考虑加以推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of postoperative foresight care on patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery from June 2021 to May 2022 received foresight and routine care after randomization, and the care of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the anxiety and depression scores and the nursing satisfaction index were significantly better. The contrast difference between the groups was significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Forespective care for patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder surgery can promote postoperative recovery and can be considered in clinical practice.
