舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中的应用价值分析

摘要	分析老年CHF患者的护理中实施舒适护理干预的价值。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月收治的老年CHF患者80例，随机分为观察组（舒适护理）与对照组（常规护理）各40例，对比效果。结果观察组负性情绪评分、EDV水平、LVEDD水平、ESV水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分、疾病知识认知评分、6MWD水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理干预可有效改善老年CHF的心功能，增加运动耐力，提高生活质量。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the value of comfort nursing intervention in elderly patients with CHF. Methods 80 elderly patients with CHF admitted from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (comfort care) and control group (routine care) with 40 cases each, and the effects were compared. Results the negative emotion score, EDV level, LVEDd level and ESV level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The quality of life score, disease knowledge cognition score and 6MWD level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion comfort nursing intervention can effectively improve the cardiac function, increase exercise endurance and improve the quality of life of elderly CHF.
