Objective: To combine the Scott Triggers scale and Munro scale, establish the information module of stress injury risk assessment of surgical patients, track the skin condition of postoperative patients, explore the applicability and accuracy of Scott Triggers scale and Munro scale for stress injury risk assessment of surgical patients, determine the best risk point and intervention measures, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: Surgical patients from January 2021 to June 2022 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects. The control group was the Munro scale, and the test group was the Scott Triggers score scale and the Munro scale. Compare the experimental results. Results: According to the data, the incidence of stress injury was 3.33% in test group and 16.67% in control group, and it was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Using Scott Triggers score scale and Munro scale can realize the closed-loop nursing management of stress injury in hospital surgical patients, which further strengthens the training of surgical stress injury risk assessment, helps to reduce the incidence of stress injury and has promotion value.
