Objective To explore the utility value of ultrasound pulse guided therapy in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia, and to explore the corresponding nursing measures. Methods a total of 166 patients were selected for comparative experiments in this study. All of them were diagnosed as children with bronchopneumonia. Blind sampling was adopted to divide them into two groups: control group and observation group. Each group consisted of 83 patients. The former was treated with conventional treatment and nursing, while the latter was treated with ultrasound pulse therapy and targeted nursing. The actual application effects of the two groups were compared. Results the study showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. At the same time, the disappearance time of each symptom was greatly shortened, and the satisfaction score of the family members of the patients was relatively high (P<0.05). Conclusion for children with bronchopneumonia, the use of ultrasonic pulse therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention during the treatment period can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients, improve the treatment effect, shorten the hospitalization time, and the satisfaction of the patients families is higher than that of the conventional group.
