摘要	分析在腰椎间盘突出症接受经皮椎间孔镜术治疗期间采用围术期护理的效果。方法随机选取80例我院2020年4月到2021年7月间接受经皮椎间孔镜术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究，对患者采用计算机抽签法分成两组，n=40。参考组接受常规护理，研究组接受围术期护理，比较两组疼痛评分和护理效果。结果研究组护理后的疼痛评分低于参考组，P＜0.05；研究组的护理优良率较参考组明显更高，P＜0.05。结论经皮椎间孔镜术治疗腰椎间盘突出症采用围术期护理能有效减轻患者的疼痛感受，提高患者的护理优良率。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of perioperative nursing during the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with percutaneous foraminaoscopy. Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who received percutaneous foraminaoscopy from April 2020 to July 2021 in our hospital were randomly selected for study. The patients were divided into two groups by computer lottery, n=40. The reference group received routine nursing and the study group received perioperative nursing. The pain scores and nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the pain score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05); The excellent rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by percutaneous foraminaoscopy and improve the excellent rate of nursing.
