Objective: To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on postoperative self-care ability of glaucoma patients. Methods: The 126 patients in this study, all patients who received glaucoma surgery in our hospital from May 2020 to December 2021, were divided into two groups with the same number of groups by numerical grouping method, control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given targeted and refined cognitive behavioral nursing intervention. The scores of self-protection ability, SAS and SDS scores, and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups of patients before and after nursing. Results: Before nursing, the protective ability scores, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were similar, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups, P<0.05. After nursing, the protection ability score, SAS, SDS score and postoperative recovery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the groups, P<0.05. Conclusion: For patients undergoing glaucoma surgery, targeted and refined cognitive-behavioral nursing can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of patients, and at the same time improve self-protection ability, can relieve patients pain to a certain extent, and improve their quality of life. Recommended to promote.
