Objective: The purpose of this paper is to study the related nursing measures of patients with diabetic retinopathy, and to explore the clinical effect value of ophthalmic nursing intervention for such patients. Methods: The 158 patients in this study, all of whom were treated with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from August 2020 to May 2021, were divided into two groups with the same number of groups by numerical grouping method. Group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the observation group were given targeted and refined ophthalmic nursing intervention. Results: Before nursing, the blood glucose levels of the two groups were similar, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups, P>0.05. After nursing, the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the visual acuity and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group. Conclusions: For patients with diabetic retinopathy, targeted and refined ophthalmic nursing intervention can achieve excellent clinical efficacy, make the blood sugar level of the patient reach a stable state, improve the patients vision, greatly reduce the patients pain, and improve their life. The quality is worth promoting and recommending.
