耳尖放血疗法与中药足浴联合常规护理治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的效果分析

摘要	探析肝阳上亢型高血压采取耳尖放血疗法+中药足浴+常规护理的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月收治的肝阳上亢型高血压患者66例，随机分为观察组和对照组各33例，对照组采取常规西药治疗及护理，观察组给予常规西药治疗、常规护理、耳尖放血疗法和中药足浴，对比效果。结果 ①症状积分。观察组症状积分低于对照组（P<0.05）；②血压。治疗3周、4周后，观察组血压水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论耳尖放血与中药足浴以及常规护理联合对肝阳上亢型高血压治疗可有效改善其临床症状，降低血压。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of ear tip blood letting therapy + traditional Chinese medicine foot bath + routine nursing on hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang. Methods 66 cases of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang admitted from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 33 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and nursing. The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine, conventional nursing, ear tip blood letting therapy and Chinese medicine foot bath, and the effects were compared. Results ①symptom score. The symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); ②Blood pressure. After 3 and 4 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the combination of ear tip bleeding, Chinese medicine foot bath and routine nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the blood pressure of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang.
