Objective: To study and analyze the value of integrated nursing care in the treatment of adolescent depression patients. Methods: The adolescent depression patients who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. A total of 60 patients were included in this study. The admission time was from August 2020 to November 2021, and they were grouped by random number table. The patients participating in the study were divided into an observation group and a control group with the same number of 30 cases. The two groups of patients took different nursing methods during the treatment period after admission. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received integrated nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: After different nursing interventions in the two groups, the scores of SCL-90, HAMD and quality of life were analyzed. The first two scores were higher in the control group, while the latter score was higher in the observation group, with statistical differences. Academic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of adolescent depression patients, compared with routine nursing, the application advantages of integrated medical and nursing care are more obvious, the patients depression has been significantly alleviated, the mental state has been significantly improved, and the quality of life has been improved, which is worthwhile promotion.
