摘要	讨论研究在物质依赖护理中开展系统化健康教育工作的价值作用。方法将2021年3月到2022年3月期间院内的68例物质依赖患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（接受常规基础护理）、观察组（接受常规基础护理联合系统化健康教育护理），对比两组患者护理前后物质依赖度、对护理工作满意情况、对疾病健康知识掌握程度，对比两组患者生活质量状态评分变化情况。结果护理前两组相关数据信息之间差异无统计学含义（P>0.05），护理后观察组整体物质依赖度、对护理工作满意情况、对疾病健康知识掌握程度、生活质量状态评分等相关数据信息明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论在物质依赖护理中开展系统化健康教育工作，可以丰富患者疾病健康知识，降低患者对物质的依赖性，将患者生活质量水平提升到新高度，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。
Abstract	Objective: To discuss the value of research on systematic health education in substance dependence nursing. Methods: From March 2021 to March 2022, 68 patients with substance dependence in the hospital were included in the research scope, and were divided into the control group (receiving routine basic care) and the observation group (receiving routine basic care combined with systematic health care) by random assignment method. Education and nursing), the two groups of patients were compared before and after nursing, their satisfaction with nursing work, and their mastery of disease and health knowledge, and the changes in the scores of quality of life status of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups of related data information before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation groups overall substance dependence, satisfaction with nursing work, mastery of disease health knowledge, and quality of life scores were related to The data information is obviously more advantageous than the control group, P<0.05, there is a statistical difference. Conclusion: Carrying out systematic health education in substance dependence nursing can enrich the patients disease health knowledge, reduce the patients dependence on substances, improve the patients quality of life to a new level, and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
