全程优质护理在胆结石手术患者围手术期护理中的效果

摘要	探究全程优质护理在胆结石手术患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法随机抽签选取2020年1月至2020年12月，在我院进行胆结石手术的患者120例，平分为对照组和观察组，对照组（n=60）给予常规护理，观察组（n=60）给予全程优质护理。对比两组患者的手术时间和出血量，并对比术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度（96.67%）对照组（85.00%）（P＜0.05）；术后并发症发生率（5.00%）低于对照组（13.33%）（P＜0.05）。结论将全程优质护理应用于胆结石手术患者可明显改善临床症状，提高患者的护理满意度和降低术后并发症发生情况，提高手术效果，建议推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of whole course high quality nursing care in perioperative nursing of patients with gallstone operation. Methods: A total of 120 patients with cholelithiasis from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups: Control Group (N = 60) and Observation Group (N = 60). The operation time and amount of bleeding were compared between the two groups, and the postoperative complications were compared. Results: nursing scale (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (85.00%) (P < 0.05), and the postoperative complication rate (85.00%) was lower than that in the control group (21.67%)(p < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications (5.00%) was lower than that of control group (13.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the whole course high-quality nursing to the patients with cholelithiasis can obviously improve the effect of operation and the nursing satisfaction, promotion and application are recommended.
