摘要	分析对于腹腔镜下胃癌手术治疗患者进行早期肠内营养护理的对策以及效果。方法通过对比护理的方式展开探究，所选择患者为80例，属于本院在2019年1月至2020年1月所接诊病例，通过组内随机性选择的方式，选取40例，在术后恢复过程中展开常规护理，作为对照组，剩下患者则需要将早期肠内营养护理干预展开运用，即观察组。对两组患者的恢复情况进行分析。结果结合对两组患者住院时间、并发症情况、肛门排气时间以及护理满意度等指标对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论在对腹腔镜下胃癌手术患者进行护理的过程中将早期肠内营养护理干预进行运用，可以有效提升对该部分患者的护理效果，有助于帮助患者进行恢复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the countermeasures and effects of early enteral nutrition nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer. Methods through comparative nursing, 80 patients were selected, belonging to the cases received by our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020. Through random selection in the group, 40 patients were selected to carry out routine nursing in the process of postoperative recovery as the control group. The remaining patients need to apply early enteral nutrition nursing intervention, that is, the observation group. The recovery of the two groups was analyzed. Results combined with the comparison of hospitalization time, complications, anal exhaust time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups, the observation group had advantages (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of early enteral nutrition nursing intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery can effectively improve the nursing effect of these patients and help them recover.
