摘要	的探究舒适护理服务在高血压患者护理中的应用价值。方法研究对象选择本院收治的高血压100例，根据护理方式不同完成组别划分，其中一组高血压患者采取常规护理服务视为对照组（50例），另外一组高血压患者则展开舒适护理服务——观察组（50例）。对比2组高血压患者舒适量表评分（GCQ）、高血压依从性行为量表、生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOL-74）。结果展开护理前，两组高血压患者的舒适评分、高血压依从性行为评分对比均无统计学差异：P＞0.05；实施护理后，观察组的GCQ评分明显升高，高血压依从性行为量表评分低于对照组，生活质量各项指标均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对高血压患者采取舒适护理，有助于提高患者依从性行为，并提升其舒适度，对改善患者生活质量，具有积极作用，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application value of comfort nursing service in the nursing of hypertension patients. Methods: The study subjects selected 100 cases of hypertension admitted to our hospital, and the groups were divided according to different care methods. One group of hypertension patients was treated as the control group (50 patients), and the other group had a comfortable care service —— observation group (50 patients). The comfort scale score (GCQ), hypertension compliance behavior scale, and quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire (GQOL-74) were compared. Results: Before nursing, the comfort scores of the two groups were P> 0.05; the GCQ score increased significantly, the hypertension compliance scale score was lower, and the quality of life index was higher than the control group (P ＜0.05）. Conclusion: Comfortable care for hypertensive patients is helpful to improve their compliance behavior and improve their comfort level, and can help to improve the quality of life.
