| 摘要 |
分析孕晚期乳房综合护理对母乳喂养状况及乳房并发症的影响。方法 将2020年2月-2021年10月期间我院120例孕晚期女性作为研究对象，进行随机平均分组，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组采用孕晚期乳房综合护理干预，对比应用效果。结果 对比母乳喂养成功率、孕妇及家属对母乳喂养知识的了解程度以及护理满意度，实验组均高于对照组，且实验组乳房病发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 孕晚期乳房综合护理可以降低孕妇分娩之后乳房并发症的发生率，同时可以提高孕妇的母乳喂养率，对促进产后恢复有非常重要的作用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive breast care in the third trimester of pregnancy on breast feeding and breast complications. The women in the third trimester of pregnancy were randomly divided into the control group and the control group. Results: comparing the success rate of breastfeeding, the understanding of breastfeeding knowledge and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women and their families, the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the incidence of breast diseases in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive breast care in the third trimester of pregnancy can reduce the incidence of breast complications after delivery, improve the breastfeeding rate of pregnant women, and play a very important role in promoting postpartum recovery.
