早期康复护理在脑梗塞患者中的临床护理价值

摘要	研究早期康复护理在脑梗塞患者的临床护理中的价值。方法在我院2018年1月至2020年8月间接收的脑梗塞患者中选择60例并随机分为两组，对照组30例常规护理，观察组30例早期康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的NIHSS神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组，Barthel生活能力评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组，且组间对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在进行脑梗塞患者护理时应用早期康复护理模式可有效促进神经功能恢复，提高其日常生活能力，改善生活质量，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective: To study the value of early rehabilitation nursing in the clinical nursing of cerebral infarction patients. Methods: 60 patients with cerebral infarction received in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the control group received routine nursing care and 30 patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing care. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The NIHSS neurological defect score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the Barthel life ability score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of early rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing of cerebral infarction patients can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, improve their daily life ability and improve their medical experience, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
