摘要	探讨急诊科护理中实施心理护理的效果。方法选取2020年10月-2021年12月我院急诊科收治的60例患者，采用随机分组法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。对照组进行常规的护理操作，研究组在对照组基础上实施心理护理，对比两组心理状态、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果护理后研究组心理状态评分低于对照组；不良事件发生率低于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论在急诊科护理当中实施心理护理效果显著，可改善患者不良情绪，降低急诊不良事件发生率，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing in emergency department nursing. Methods: 60 patients in the emergency department of our hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing operation, and the study group carried out psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological state, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing, the psychological state score of the study group was lower than that of the control group; The incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group; The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of psychological nursing in emergency department nursing is significant, which can improve patients bad mood, reduce the incidence of emergency adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction.
